25th Quarter Quell District 4 Tribute Parade

For this year's District 4 costumes, ~wearetheakatsuki and I planned on throwing in different sorts of ideas on the ocean from fishbones and shipwrecks to pearls and coral. Calypso's team originally had more pieces to the costume, but Cal didn't agree with the decisions and threw some away as she was on her way to her chariot and was already on her way down the Avenue before her team could add more on her. While her brother's costume shows the rotting creature of the deep kind of deals, Calypso's team tried to glorify a shipwreck look with a mix of a sea nymph.
